Isaac Jones
Isaac leads Blume & Son with a people-first mindset. While growth and improvement matter to him, his primary focus has always been the individuals who make up the company. He believes the best way to build something lasting is to invest deeply in the people around you-and he approaches leadership with that conviction every day.
He grew up working on his family’s farm and in their business, where he learned early the value of hard work, responsibility, and doing right by others. Those principles still shape how he runs the company today. Isaac is constantly looking for ways to improve systems, raise standards, and create an environment where people can grow both personally and professionally.
Those who know Isaac describe him as caring, approachable, and genuinely invested in others. He values relationships, clear communication, and accountability, and takes pride in building a company people are proud to be part of.
Outside of work, Isaac is a devoted Christian, husband, and father. He loves competition and self-improvement, and brings that same drive into building a company that serves its customers and community while taking care of its team.

Dalton has been a key part of our company’s growth for several years, with experience across sales, marketing, planning, and operations. Windows are where he truly shines-and where his passion shows. He has played an instrumental role in building and growing our Window Replacement division, and he approaches it with a level of care and precision that’s hard to miss.
Dalton is deeply detail-oriented and takes pride in accuracy, preparation, and getting things right the first time. He’s constantly learning, refining his knowledge, and making sure he’s equipped to do things the right way. Customers consistently praise his attentiveness, thorough communication, and the confidence they feel knowing nothing is being overlooked.
Outside of work, Dalton is a devoted husband and father of five. Much of his time away from the office is spent serving others-traveling to teach and minister, or investing in his family. Whether it’s windows, work, or weekend sports, Dalton has a habit of studying, improving, and getting better at whatever he puts his hand to-and that commitment shows in every project he’s part of.
Tim is the kind of person who makes work feel lighter the moment he shows up. He leads our fencing sales with confidence and clarity, but what people remember most is how he makes them feel-welcomed, understood, and excited to move forward.
Growing up on a dairy farm, Tim learned early the value of hard work and showing up every day. He went on to work in project management for a large custom millwork company and later co-founded his own custom cabinetry business. He chose to come to Blume & Son not for a title, but for the people-and since day one, he’s become a central part of what makes our culture special.
Tim is outgoing, fearless in conversation, and completely unafraid of real discussions when they matter. He sets clear expectations, stands by his word, and brings confidence into every interaction. His positivity is infectious, his care for others runs deep, and his presence has a way of lifting everyone around him. If Tim’s involved, there’s a good chance your day just got better.
Corey leads our decks, docks, and outdoor living projects with a steady hand and a strong sense of responsibility. He’s the kind of person who takes ownership-from the first conversation with a customer to the final details on the jobsite. Clear communication, follow-through, and doing things the right way matter to him, and it shows in his work.
